First step, in a large skillet, you will want to cook the beef, onions, and mushrooms on medium-low heat for till the mushrooms are tender. Then pour the beef mixture in the crockpot and add the remaining ingredients except the sour cream. Then, cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours. Add the sour cream right before serving.
